Michael V. Pantalon, PhD is a motivational coach, consultant, speaker, therapist and author, as well as an award-winning faculty member and psychologist at Yale School of Medicine. At Yale, Dr. Pantalon teaches courses in clinical psychology and conducts research on the effectiveness of his adaptation of motivational interviewing (the basis of Instant Influence). Dr. Pantalon earned his BA in Psychology from Binghamton University; his MA and PhD in Clinical and School Psychology from Hofstra University; and his MS in Clinical Psychopharmacology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.
